Writing can be a deepening, soulful and numinous experience, one of the most powerful ways to access and express our inner selves. During these sessions, you will be invited to explore your inner self through deep writing, journaling and poetry-inspired prompts to get the words flowing. There is no expectation to share your work (unless you really want to).
