Our last dance was a full house, and what a night it was. We played, danced, got gloriously sweaty, shared cacao and dahl, and left with that lovely feeling of having met each other a little more. We loved it so much we’re making it a monthly thing.

So here we go again. Spring is here, and we’re opening the season with Heart Bloom. Come ready to move, play, loosen up and follow whatever wants to bloom in you. A questionable dance move or two is very welcome.

We’ll begin with cacao. Then Jordine will guide us through sensation, groove, rhythm and texture, helping us find our bounce and open into play. From there, DJ HoneyDrop takes us into the dance.

Afterwards, we’ll slow down and share a bowl of warm dahl together.
