We all crave intimacy in our lives but most of us rely on spontaneous occurrences of it, unaware that cultivating it is actually a skill most of us need to acquire.

Learning how to open ones heart, connect in presence and allow ourselves to be "seen" is a practice of deep intimacy and one that we can fully enjoy with our clothes on.

Heart-Led intimacy is a fully guided intentional evening for men and women to come together and practice sharing emotional connection that goes beyond words. Over a number of experiential hours you will enjoy embodiment based practices designed to open your heart, deepen your presence and ignite polarity/ attraction with others in a safe and loving way. Enjoy a range of partner practices that will leave you feeling connected, alive, open and more available to feel the heart of another.

This introductory workshop offers a place to practice how you show up in your intimate relationships and is suitable for everyone for all levels (from beginners to those more familiar with intimacy practices). Learn how to cultivate true heartfelt intimacy moment by moment.

Enter the sacred realms of intimacy that go beyond sex and romance.

Open to both couples and singles, Heart-Led Intimacy invites you to use your body as a yogic tool of Embodiment. This is fully clothed rotational workshop; there is no nudity, sexual or genital touch.

Couples are encouraged to do some practices with others, but may elect to work exclusively together if they prefer.

Please bring your own water bottle & some healthy snacks to share in the closing circle.

Please arrive at 5.45pm to register and settle into the space. We aim to commence as close as possible to 6pm.

For 25 years Bree has been immersed in the fields of psycho-somatics, trauma, mindset and adult relationships. An experienced facilitator with a reputation for her grounded seamless event and potent ritual spaces, Bree is an emerging leader in the field of Embodiment & Sacred Intimacy in Australia.

Deeply passionate about helping women heal their relationship to their sensuality and eros through Embodiment, she helps feminine women heal their intimate relationships to masculine men. A trauma informed Clinical Hypnotherapist and qualified Embodiment facilitator Bree has studied with many world class relationship specialists including Michaela Boehm and John Wineland.
