Heart Space - Full Moon Women’s Circle

Heart space is rooted in community. A safe space for women to gather, share, learn, be held and heal.

Join us for our first powerful full moon circle which includes a cacao ceremony, breathwork, creative visualisation, journaling and sharing.

We look forward to holding you in our sacred space.

Please bring: yoga mat, towel, water bottle, journal and pen. 

Wear: comfortable clothing that you move and lie down in.

Optional: a plate to share afterward.
