Hearts on Fire: Sacred Feminine Gathering & Sound Bath

In the wake of the fall equinox, we cool down with a sacred ritual to intentionally transition into autumn. Take a moment to slow down, reflect on the past season, integrate the gifts, and welcome the time of HARVEST.

Join mother-daughter duo, Cindy and Kirsten Incorvaia, for a special women’s gathering to connect with your heart, marinate in all the goodness you created this summer, and set a powerful intention for the new season unfolding.

This sacred ritual will begin with an intimate women’s circle and guided group experience to remember the seeds you’ve planted, mark your growth, and reap the full harvest. Then you’ll be spoiled with a decadent sound bath to fill your inner stores and rejuvenate your soul. Finally, we will return to the circle for deep sisterhood connection and integration around our heart dreams.

KIRSTEN INCORVAIA - @kirsteninc | Website
Kirsten is an artist, writer, dancer, and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. She has worked with hundreds of women to birth their creative dreams into the world, from TEDx Talks and music albums to business offerings and niche communities. Her signature methodology, Hearts on Fire, guides women through the four natural stages of creative expression and leadership. Kirsten is passionate about bringing women together for transformational experiences that bring forth the gifts of their heart, generating more hope and love for the collective. 

CINDY INCORVAIA - @cindysoundhealing
Cindy began singing and playing flute in elementary school and spent decades honing her musical gifts on various stages. It wasn't until her 60s, following a near-death experience, that she discovered the world of sound healing and never looked back. Today, she performs both as a solo sound healer and with her band, Soulful Sound Bath. In just seven years, she has built a collection of more than 100 unique instruments from around the world and become a sought-after facilitator for retreat centers, spas, yoga studios, and private events throughout Southern California. People often describe her sound baths as a "massage for the soul"—immersive sonic journeys that invite deep relaxation, healing, and inspiration.
