Join us for a thought provoking and engaging mediated discussion with prominent speakers, Tim Costello AO and Cathy Humphrey.

We will look at the broad issues relating to homelessness in Australia as well on some of the critical work and experiences of the speakers.

Tim Costello AO is Director of Ethical Voice, Executive Director of Micah Australia, Advocate for the Alliance for Gambling Reform, Senior Fellow for the Centre for Public Christianity and Patron of numerous community groups. He is well known as a speaker on issues of social justice and international aid levels. He is a Patron for Project Rozana.

Cathy Humphrey has been working in the areas of community housing and homelessness since 1993. Initially working with people with disabilities, and since 1996 working in roles specifically focused on people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Cathy has worked at Sacred Heart Mission in St Kilda since 2002 and appointed as CEO in 2011. Cathy has accumulated over 19 years of service to an organisation that is leading the way in transforming people lives. Cathy’s passion is driven by an interest in people, human rights and a desire to make a difference, and that passion continues to burn brightly through leading the development of innovative solutions to ending chronic homelessness, the Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI)
