Held - Aerial Sound Journey in a Silk Hammock
Description
About this event
You spend so much of your time doing, planning and being there for others. Held is an invitation to set that down for a while.
Rest in a silk aerial hammock as Becky English of Noetic Sounds creates a live soundscape featuring deep resonant crystal singing bowls and other instruments. The hammock gently surrounds and supports you, offering a more cocoon-like way to experience a sound journey.
There’s no aerial movement and no experience needed. You don’t need to perform, participate in a particular way or make anything happen. Simply get comfortable, listen and take the experience at your own pace.
Each Held event has its own sound and atmosphere. This session runs for 90 minutes and is limited to 18 hammock places.
