From fleeting encounters to lasting impressions, our next group show Held, Briefly invites you to experience the art of impermanence.

This group show celebrates the beauty of impermanence and the tension between holding on and letting go. It reflects on moments that are both grounding and fleeting — a friendship that sparks new ideas, a moment of kindness that lingers, a brief romance that changes the way we see ourselves. Rather than longing for the past, Held, Briefly recognises that the temporary holds its own kind of fullness.

Artists respond to the theme through contrasts: warmth and departure, connection and release, fullness and absence, beginnings inside endings. The result is a space for reflection, playfulness and bittersweet honesty — avoiding one-dimensional sentimentality in favour of layered, meaningful expression.

Set across six stunning gallery spaces and a beautiful open courtyard, this event brings:

• 30 artists showcasing diverse works (All Weekend)

• Live performances and DJs (Saturday)

• 10+ market stalls (Saturday)

• Food (on Saturday) and bar available (All Weekend)
