Event description
Kate Godfrey and Murphy Ryland welcome you to return to circle:
An invitation to bring the sacred to the everyday - rebalancing our inner landscapes and harmonising the body, mind, spirit connection.
What to look forward to:
- Our circle opens honouring the ancient Mayan gratitude practise of Kotziq', infused by the day-keeper's calendar energy of the day.
- Paiste gongs 'Venus' and 'Mercury' combine with crystal bowl harmonics encouraging deep journeying, into the meditative brain state and deep relaxation.
- Enjoy a cup of cacao and a gentle expansive breath practise, opening to explore the mindfulness and peace of the inner sanctum.
- Drop into a blissful guided meditation, designed to bring us into alignment and potential with the energies of the day.
- Following the meditation & throughout the sound immersion, experience a gentle 'gardening' where energetic blocks and elements that no longer serve are removed and transmuted.
A mat & sheepskin will be provided as your foundation, please bring along any comfort items you would like to make your time with us as snuggly as possible. This might look like a blanket or throw, some cushions and a pillow, eye masks can be a great add on too.
Come as you are and leave renewed, balanced & reconnected.
Held by Sound. Held by Cacao. Held, in Atherton.
