The HELP App, developed by LaTrobe University, activates a person's community of friends and family, enabling network-centred care when they are experiencing a life limiting illness. This network-centred care compliments formal (medical) care and has been shown to improve end of life outcomes.
We are exploring how this App technology might also benefit people going into an aged care facility and their partner/family and we are hoping to learn from people experiencing this firsthand.
