A crowdsourced crafternoon, outside, in the sun

Help me make dilly dally merch pretty please!

The idea:

Bring a t-shirt, hat, or bit of clothing you want to get rid of or an op shop find. I'll also have a few options for anyone who turns up empty-handed.

There'll be tie-dye and fabric paint, and you can design your own one-of-a-kind dilly dally piece.

Keep it as your own dilly dally merch or donate it to the dilly dally team (me), and I'll wear it or maybe even sell it on our merch site... which doesn't exist yet.

If nothing else, I can pretty much guarantee this will be fun. Everything else is a bonus.

Location: Northcote (exact spot TBC)

Time: 1pm - 4pm - Can leave whenever

Come dilly dally in nature with me! My name is Emma (They/She) the Lead Guide and Founder of dilly dally.

I am an accredited Forest Therapy Guide with the International Forest Therapy Alliance and have been an out and proud nature lover for my entire life. I believe nature connects us to ourselves and each other and that a relationship with nature is essential for everyone. My aim is so show you that there are many ways to connect with nature, it's just about finding the ways that works for you.

I create open, supportive, non-judgmental spaces that allow for authenticity, play and connection to come through.

The more we deepen our connection with nature the more we will deepen our connection with ourselves and each other.

A kinder world is right in front of us when we embrace nature.

We live, work and explore on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung People of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and both recognise and respect their continuous connection to this land, sky, waterways and community. This country allows us to play, laugh, love, create and adventure. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have nurtured and lived in harmony with this land for over 60,000 years and continue to do so. Their commitment and connection is one of deep reverence and understanding and we will walk along side them in truth telling, knowledge sharing and love for this country.
