Help on the Path
Practice Instruction with Isa Gucciardi
Tuesdays, September 22 (Online Only)
& December 8 (Hybrid)
Scholar, author, and teacher, Isa Gucciardi is back with a new series.
Going beyond traditional practice instruction, she expands the field to include your questions about Buddhist practice, themes that arise in therapy, insights and perspectives from plant medicine, and any aspect of your personal or spiritual development.
Khensur Thupten Tenzin Rinpchose once said, “Anything that increases awareness is the Dharma.” And in that same spirit, Isa offers guidance for whatever questions emerge along your spiritual path.
Each gathering includes a short teaching and meditation on the paramitas, followed by an extended Q&A.
Come with your questions—and discover where they lead.
Suggested donation $20 - $40. All are welcome. No one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
