Description

The Help-Self Workshop is a practical, interactive session designed to build self-awareness and help people better understand their wellbeing.

Using a simple framework to Name, Notice, Navigate, and Maintain, participants explore what wellbeing means for them, what influences it, and how to recognise when they're moving outside their healthy operating zone.

Through guided activities, discussion, and reflection, participants learn to identify personal stressors and protective factors, recognise early signs that wellbeing is slipping, and develop practical strategies to stay well. The focus is on building awareness first, then taking simple actions that support wellbeing over time.

Whether you're looking to better understand yourself, improve how you respond to life's pressures, or strengthen your overall wellbeing, this workshop provides a practical foundation that can be applied both at work and at home.

No prior experience is needed - just a willingness to show up for yourself.

WHY ATTEND

Wellbeing influences how we think, feel, connect, and perform, yet many of us have never taken the time to understand what helps us stay well and what can push us off balance.

This workshop provides a simple framework to help you better understand your wellbeing, recognise what impacts it, identify your personal thresholds, and build practical habits that support you to maintain wellbeing over time.
