Help-Self Workshop 23 September
Description
The Help-Self Workshop is a practical, interactive session designed to build self-awareness and help people better understand their wellbeing.
Using a simple framework to Name, Notice, Navigate, and Maintain, participants explore what wellbeing means for them, what influences it, and how to recognise when they're moving outside their healthy operating zone.
Through guided activities, discussion, and reflection, participants learn to identify personal stressors and protective factors, recognise early signs that wellbeing is slipping, and develop practical strategies to stay well. The focus is on building awareness first, then taking simple actions that support wellbeing over time.
Whether you're looking to better understand yourself, improve how you respond to life's pressures, or strengthen your overall wellbeing, this workshop provides a practical foundation that can be applied both at work and at home.
No prior experience is needed - just a willingness to show up for yourself.
