Help we have defects - what do we do next?

This session will assist apartment owners and OC's that have defect issues within their apartments.  We will have a panel comprising of lawyers, insurance reps, engineers and strata managers that will speak about steps that Committees and owners can take to rectify the problems and secure a positive solution.
