Together we sit, sip, breathe, and soften — held in community, ritual, and the wisdom of the body.

This experience blends ceremonial cacao, conscious breathwork, and gentle circle connection to create a sacred space of rest, release, and reconnection.

You’ll be gently guided and held throughout. No prior experience with breathwork or cacao is necessary.

🌿 What is Breathwork?

As breathwork pioneer Dan Brulé says, “Breath is the link between mind and body. It’s the bridge to life and spirit.”

Breathwork is a return — not to effort, but to remembrance. Through conscious, connected breathing, we move out of the thinking mind and into the quiet intelligence of the body. It’s a circular rhythm that softens the edges, clears emotional residue, and gently guides us back to the parts of ourselves we’ve tucked away.

Scientifically, breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping the body shift from stress into calm. You don’t need to force anything — your breath already knows the way.

🍫 Why Cacao?

Ceremonial cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine traditionally used in ritual. It’s non-psychoactive, safe, and deeply nourishing — supporting presence, emotional clarity, and connection.

Cacao helps us drop into the heart. The breath takes us even deeper.

✨ Please note: our cacao will be lovingly prepared with coconut milk. Let us know if you have any allergies or dietary requirements.

🪷Meet Your Facilitator

I’m Han — a certified breathwork facilitator, mental health nurse, and the heart behind Breath Valley.

Breath Valley was born from my own healing — a journey of navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, and the kind of burnout that creeps in slowly, quietly. For a long time, I lived in a freeze state — going through the motions, functioning, holding it together… but inside, I felt numb. Disconnected. Lost. Stuck.

It wasn’t that I didn’t want to heal — I was trying. Reading, learning, doing all the “work.” But I couldn’t feel.

When I found conscious breathwork, something shifted. The breath cracked open the stillness I’d been trapped in. Gently, over time, it began to melt the freeze — and with it, came presence, emotion, clarity, and self-trust.

Now, through Breath Valley, I hold space for others to come home to themselves — not by doing more, but by softening into what’s already there.

This offering — HER Breathwork Circle — is a sacred, women-only space co-created with I AM HER Collective. It’s for the woman who holds it all together. For the one who’s been carrying so much, for so long. And for the part of her that’s ready to be held — by breath, by body, by community.

This isn’t about doing more. It's about letting go. It's about making space to receive.

Because healing doesn’t have to be loud — sometimes, it’s just an exhale.

💳Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.

No refunds will be issued, including for non-attendance or inability to participate.

Tickets may be transferred to another person if you can no longer attend — please contact us to arrange this.

📅Cancellation & Credit Policy

Our events are intentionally small to maintain an intimate and safe space.

Because your booking secures your place and we may turn others away, we require at least 72 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. In this case, we can offer a credit towards a future event.

Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-transferable and non-refundable.
