HER RITUAL is an intimate one-day retreat dedicated to the feminine; a space to honour the woman you are, your body, your cycles, your wisdom, your intuition, your gifts, your power and your beauty.

It is a day to reconnect with something we often lose touch with in everyday life: our own body.
Not the body we see in the mirror, but the body we feel.
The body that speaks through sensation, intuition, energy, pleasure, emotions and cycles.
The body that often knows before the mind can put things into words.

This is a temple to honour the temple that you are, a sacred space to explore the feminine in all its different and unique forms, and to reconnect with the deeper essence of who you are as a woman.

But HER RITUAL is not only about connection. It is also about transformation.

Through ritual, purification and embodied practices, we create an intentional process of clearing and renewal: releasing what no longer belongs, honouring what does, and making space for something new to emerge.

A chance to feel what may have been held in the body, move what has become stagnant, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been waiting to be felt, expressed and remembered.

This is not a retreat built around a collection of separate wellness activities. The practices are intentionally woven together into a ritualistic journey, where each experience prepares the ground for the next, becoming part of a bigger process of clearing, remembering and awakening.

Drawing from traditional Yoga, Tantra and Taoist traditions, we will move through practices of embodiment, movement, dance, self-tending, touch, meditation, energetic cleansing and ritual.

Connecting with the feminine centre through awareness, sensation and embodied wisdom.

Moments of stillness, reflection and inner listening.

Throughout the day, we will explore the cyclical nature of the feminine and our connection with the moon, while bringing awareness to the hips and pelvic area as centres of creation, intuition and sensuality. We will connect with the wisdom carried through our wombs, our relationship with nature, and the threads that connect us to the women who came before us.

This is a day to honour what has shaped us, release what no longer serves us, and make space for what wants to emerge.

A day to reconnect with your feminine essence, your intuition, pleasure, strength, softness, wisdom and gifts.

This is a space for self-love, nourishment, presence and transformation.
