WHAT TO BRING:

clean bottles, jars and bags to store your newly swapped goodies
rarely used, unopened & not not needed herbal products (tinctures, teas, dried herbs, fresh herbs, capsules, etc.) – please use your discernment to determine if they are safe to pass along considering exp dates, source, etc.
NO mind altering products
