Herbal Teas- Growing and Blending Herbs for teas
Herbal tea gardens are such a delight because you can just pop out into the garden and pick your next cuppa!
Our tea garden is right near the back door and the tea herbs blend into the herb parterre in colourful profusion.
You'll learn about how to choose, grow and then harvest the fresh herbs from the garden and combine a wide range of herbs to make caffeine-free herbal teas that are fragrant, uplifting, sleep inducing, calming and invigorating.
We'll taste iced teas too. These are great to make for thirst quenching drinks on hot summer days.
What can you expect?
Insider knowledge on the most delightful herbs you can grow in pots or in the ground for herbal teas.
Inspiration for blending a tea that you'll love to grow and harvest from your own garden or balcony.
Practice at blending so you can gauge the right amount of herbs to add.
And you'll also enjoy afternoon tea from fine bone china cups and teapots. I love to make tasty treats to accompany our tea class, so I'll be indulging you at this class.
So treat yourself and book your spot now for this lovely afternoon. It’s just for 13 people and usually books out well in advance, so it pays to book early.
Also for sale:
I’ll also have for sale on the day, sheets of edible pressed flowers, Fresh edible flower punnets if you order from me in advance, little jars of petal sprinkles, jams, jellies, pickles and chutneys and my edible flower book ‘A Delicious Bunch’, and other goodies.
