Imbolc marks the midway point between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox — a threshold where the deep stillness of winter begins to soften. The light is slowly returning, and with it comes the first signs of awakening in both the earth and within ourselves.

It is a time to gently clear away the old, tend to the seeds of new beginnings, and reconnect with our inner flame. Imbolc invites us to cleanse, renew, and dream forward with quiet inspiration.

🌱 Seasonal Reflection – Guided meditation and journaling to honour what’s stirring within, setting out intentions with the moon around hope and growth 🌙

❌ Crafting Brigid's Cross – inspired by the Celtic goddess Brigid, a symbol of the sun, growth and fertility to craft and hang in your home.
