🌿 Herb Planting Workshop for Carers of Neurodivergent Kids, Teens & Adults 🌿

Who: Carers of autistic and other neurodivergent kids, teens, and adults (Neurodivergent carers welcome too!)

Are you a parent or carer of an autistic or neurodivergent loved one? Do you want to connect with others who understand your journey, while engaging in a relaxing and hands-on activity? Join us for a free Herb Planting Workshop designed especially for you!

🌱 What to Expect:

• Herb Planting: Get your hands in the soil and plant your own herbs to take home! We’ll provide a short, easy guide on how to care for your herbs, with tips on maintaining a flourishing herb garden.
• Take-Home Gift: Each participant will leave with their own potted herbs. (Pro tip: Don’t forget to bring old blankets or towels to place under the planter box, and for stuffing round it, for safe transport home in your car!)
• Social Connection: Enjoy time connecting with fellow parents and carers, sharing experiences, and strengthening bonds in a supportive community. Remember: "You are not alone! We are in this together."
• Refreshments: We'll have coffee, tea, and lunch.

🌸 Details:

• Time: The workshop will run from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM sharp, with an additional 30 minutes afterward for lunch, to chat, and to enjoy that cuppa. Please plan to arrive on time, as we only have two hours for the herb planting session.
• Venue: Grow the Future Bega
