Medicinal Culinary Herb Workshop
Description
The herbs growing in your kitchen garden are more than good flavor — they carry centuries of culinary tradition and holistic wisdom. In this hands-on workshop, we'll explore the herbs you already know and love: how to grow and harvest them for peak flavor, and how generations of home cooks have used them to support everyday health and wellbeing.
We'll begin in the Carriage House before heading out into Gamble Garden's edible beds, where you'll sample fresh herbs straight from the garden. You'll leave with practical skills for growing and using herbs at home — in everyday meals, restorative teas, and simple remedies passed down through time.
Whether you're an avid gardener, a curious home cook, or simply drawn to the slower pleasures of growing your own food, this workshop offers something to savor.
