An exclusive VIP tasting session of six premium wines, held in one of Bendigo’s most iconic venues (also known as The Beehive).

Featuring small production reserve wines and back vintages of trophy and medal-winning wines, and includes gourmet tasting box.

Hosted by local winemakers Cliff Stubbs (Burnt Acre Vineyard) and Amy Cumming (Waterwheel Wines).

Our iconic annual event!

Join us for a day of wine tasting and exploration. Move between 9 Bendigo CBD locations, some hidden, some historic, and some only open only for this event.

Move at your own pace, from one venue to the next. Discovering new wines, new tastes and the stories of the incredible buildings and spaces.

All venues are located within Central Bendigo and are easy to walk between.

The Main Event Information

Date: Saturday 17 October, 2026
Time: 11 - 4pm
Venues: Multiple. There are 9 venues to explore. Your starting venue is selected at the time of booking. Move on to other venues at your own pace, in any order.
Age limit: This is an 18+ event

Ticket types

There are two type to choose from ("How to book" information is listed below)

• General Ticket: Access to all venues and tastings, no food included (you can buy your own as you go)

• Food Upgrade Ticket: Includes 4 specialty dishes from our food venue partners.

Ticket prices 

• General ticket: $85* (All venues, tastings, and buy food as you go)

• Food upgrade ticket: $150* (Includes 4 pre-booked premium dishes at selected venues) 

• VIP tasting session: $66* (limited seats)

• Early bird offer: SOLD OUT

*Booking fee added at checkout

Terms and conditions:

• Booking fee is 3.5% + 0.50c

• Food upgrade tickets are limited to 290 tickets for this event.

• No changes will be made to tickets after purchasing

• No refunds are allowed

• Non-drinking tickets are not available for this event.

VIP Tasting Sessions

Upgrade your festival experience with a VIP session
This an additional experience that can be added to your event ticket. It is not a stand-alone purchase.

There are two VIP session this year:

• Friday night session (October 16, 6pm at The Beehive)

• Saturday morning session (October 17, 10am at The Beehive)

VIP Tasting Session Details

You'll explore a hand-picked line-up of premium, rare and museum-release wines not available anywhere else during the event, accompanied by a gourmet tasting box from Hoo-Gah, a much-loved local cafe.

• An exclusive tasting of premium and rare Bendigo Wines, showcased with matching food samples.

• Hosted by our Bendigo winemakers, guiding you through each wine on show

• Access to purchase the wines presented during the session

• Held in a private upstairs space at the Mining Exchange (The Beehive)

• Two session times to choose from (Friday night and Saturday morning before the main event)

How to book

Step 1: Choose either a General Ticket or Food Upgrade Ticket.

Step 2: Choose your start venue.

• General Tickets: Start from - Bendigo Brewing, Federation Room at the Shamrock, Mining Exchange (The Beehive) London House, or Victoria Lane

• Food Tickets: Start from - Babylon X The Woodhouse Collab, Mackenzie Quarters, The Dispensary or Wine Bank on View.

  • Food tickets include 4 pre-booked dishes. Your first dish will be served at your chosen starting venue, with the remaining 3 food venues listed on the back of your lanyard.

  • Only Vegan/Vegetarian or gluten-free dietary requirements can be catered for.

You will have time to get to all venues throughout the day. Make sure you plan your route and divide your time accordingly.

Step 3: Add a VIP Tasting Session: Elevate your experience with a VIP Tasting Session ($66), perfect for passionate wine lovers, featuring exclusive sales and premium tastings. Tickets are limited. Make sure you choose your General Ticket or Food Upgrade ticket first, and then your preferred VIP Tasting Session before checking out.

Step 5: Ensure you complete the ticket information fully and accurately.

Step 6: On the day, head to your starting venue to collect your event lanyard and Bendigo Wine tasting glass, and kick off your first tasting!

Our Wine Shop

Our online wine shop will be available on the day - scan and shop online as you go. Taste your favourites and add to your cart, ready for us to deliver after the event. So easy!
