HEROINES: A Journey of Stories, Strength & Self-Discovery

Step into a space of empowerment, creativity, and connection as we gather in circle to celebrate the stories of remarkable women—heroines of history, advocacy, and art. Through storytelling, discussion, and hands-on activities, we’ll explore themes of courage, legacy, identity, and leadership, all while fostering a supportive and inspiring community.

Sessions 1 & 2 (Mothers & Daughters Together)
In these intergenerational gatherings, we’ll reflect on the power of legacy and breaking barriers. Whether through the resilience of Lowitja O’Donoghue and Evonne Goolagong Cawley, or the bold advocacy of Malala Yousafzai and Grace Tame, these sessions invite mothers and daughters to explore their shared values and create together—through storytelling, vision boards, and personal reflections.

Sessions 3-6 (Young Adults Only)
For young women seeking to step into their own power, these sessions dive deeper into themes of self-expression, leadership, and authenticity. Through the lens of icons like Frida Kahlo, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Julia Gillard, and Aurora, we’ll engage in creative exercises—art therapy, speaking challenges, movement explorations, and personal writing—to embrace our voices, values, and dreams.

🔥 Final Gathering – The Personal Heroine Ceremony
We close our journey with a celebration of growth and self-discovery, creating personal talismans that represent the lessons, courage, and empowerment we’ll carry forward.

Come as you are—bring your curiosity, your creativity, and your open heart. Let's weave a tapestry of wisdom, laughter, and shared experiences.
