A sacred space where we get to share how it can look and feel living in the female body with a menstrual cycle at all ages. We explore different cyclical frameworks to better understand the menstrual cycle and perimenopause through a holistic feminine lens.

A perfect space to join for those early into their menstrual cycle or who are coming to an end - but especially for anyone who are not quite sure what the menstrual cycle or perimenopause is and would like to build a stronger more connected relationship to themselves with living in a female body that experiences a menstrual cycle. This will be the first of many circles to come for the remainder of 2025 regarding this theme of menstruation, menstrual cycle frameworks and woman connecting and sharing on what it can look and feel like to live in a female body.
