HERYA DELI @ Scion
Event description
Join us for a culinary adventure as Herya Deli brings the vibrant flavours of Taiwan to the scenic Scion Wine in Rutherglen. With a deep passion for authentic Taiwanese cuisine, we’ve made our mark with a series of successful pop-up events, each met with enthusiasm. We’re thrilled to continue the journey at Scion Wine where we will be pairing our food with exceptional wine.
Nestled into bushland just 2km south of Rutherglen's Main Street, Scion Wine puts a modern twist on the region’s traditional grape varietals. Winemaker Rowly Milhinch blends his rich family heritage in Australian viticulture with small-batch creations like redesigned Durif and reimagined Muscat. Scion’s wines reflect both the unique terroir and seasonality, offering a true taste of contemporary Rutherglen.
Herya Deli will be serving an irresistible selection of Taiwanese-inspired tasting boxes. For the kids, we’ve prepared chicken slider and chip boxes, and for those with a sweet tooth, our dessert won’t disappoint.
Tasting Box:
Five Spice wonton taco, cured salmon, dashi miso cream
Chicken skewer, sambal matah, lettuce
Taiwanese fried chicken bao, house kimchi
Herya deli pork & prawn suimai, ginger soy vinaigrette
Green Papaya, summer squash, fermented chilli
Kiddos Box:
Fried chicken slider, chips

Pair these flavourful dishes with Scion’s handcrafted wines and enjoy a day of great food, wine, and company.
