Join us for a Sunday afternoon packed with bold flavors, good company, and laid-back vibes!
Hosted at Pilot Project Brewing, Hidden Flavors is a casual five-course dining experience celebrating the vibrant cuisines of the Laos, Philippines, and Taiwan — brought to life by three passionate Milwaukeeans.

Time: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM (Doors open at 11:45 AM, food service begins at noon)

Tickets: $107 per person (includes all food and togos, one beverage (beer, wine, or N/A), and ticket fees)
Seating: Limited seating — early reservations highly recommended!

Each course will be served from a central "serving area," with tables released one at a time to grab their plates.

Judy of MKEeeeEats, a Milwaukee-based foodie influencer dedicated to showcasing the best local eateries, hidden gems, and vibrant food experiences across the city. Her deep roots in food stem from her parents’ 25-year restaurant legacy, with her retired father—a Taiwanese chef with decades of experience—bringing his authentic cooking to this event.
Alex Hanesakda of SapSap, a celebrated Laotian pop-up company known for sharing the rich flavors of Laos through Alex's family dishes and heartfelt storytelling. His passion lies in using food as a bridge — connecting people, honoring heritage, and sharing personal narratives one plate at a time.
Alexa Alfaro, a Filipino-American food entrepreneur passionate about bringing fresh, crave-able Filipino flavors to Milwaukee. After running one of the city’s most popular Filipino food businesses, she’s back with pop-ups, catering, and vibrant street market-style experiences.
Pilot Project Brewing is a collaborative brewing space and taproom located in Milwaukee’s Brewery District. Known for supporting small, innovative brewers and fostering community through food, drink, and culture, Pilot Project provides the perfect backdrop for this one-of-a-kind culinary experience.
