CANCELED // High Falls Happy Hour
Event description
Hello High Falls Happy Hour ticket holders:
This morning (6/5), the RCR and CITY teams made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel the High Falls Happy Hour on June 6. This decision is due to a tragic ongoing situation: last Sunday, a young boy fell into the Genesee River from the Andrews Street Bridge, upriver from High Falls. The boy still has not been found. Rescue crews are continuing efforts through the end of this week, largely focusing on the High Falls Gorge (over which our event would take place tomorrow).
Out of respect for the boy's family and the teams working hard on recovery efforts, we have made the decision to cancel this event.
Thank you for your understanding during this unprecedented situation, and for your support of both Rochester Cocktail Revival and Cancer Support Community Rochester. If you would like to continue that support this week, join us for one (or all!) of our remaining feature events (or many other parties around town):
Sat., June 7, 11a-3p | Spirit Tasting Spectacular | The NYS Spirit Village will be popping up here instead!
Sat., June 7, 6:30p or 8:30p | Silver Screen: An Immersive Cocktail Dimension
Sun., June 8, 5p-9p | Bar Room Battle Royale
Our heartfelt condolences to anyone affected by this tragedy.
Team RCR
