DRUID FLUIDS
Druid Fluids are a five-piece psychedelic rock band from Adelaide/Kaurna Land, led by songwriter and producer Jamie Andrew. Their sound mixes psych rock, progressive pop, jazz and experimental production, with cinematic songs that balance classic influences with a modern voice. Live, the recordings stretch out into a full audiovisual trip, with tight musicianship and psychedelic visuals. Their second album, Pareidolia, is out on November 13th. It explores perception, superstition and the human tendency to find meaning in patterns, with big psychedelic soundscapes and meticulous songwriting. Expect an immersive live show!

COLDWAVE
Coldwave is a frantic yet tightly controlled blend of jagged guitars, booming horns and uncompromising vocal delivery that captures the abstract in life’s most mundane moments. Formed in 2020 from the ashes of two beloved Adelaide post-punk outfits, the band has evolved rapidly in just four years – welcoming new collaborators, exploring experimental instrumentation, and building a national audience. The band was named Triple J Unearthed’s feature artist ahead of their performance at Adelaide’s 2023 Laneway Festival, seeing them share a bill with the likes of Fontaines D.C. and Turnstile. They showcased at BIGSOUND the same year to critical acclaim, with Dave Ruby Howe applauding the band for “delivering heavily to a big room which seemed to have caught wind that something was cooking… every member of the band vying for your eyes with intense noodling, rumbling rhythm section and demonic trumpet”.

THE FUSS
The Fuss are a 5-piece alternative indie-rock band from Adelaide (Kaurna), South Australia. Presenting a fresh and authentic take on alternative indie rock, the group fuse influences from the likes of Fontaines DC, Deftones, The Smashing Pumpkins, and Ballpark Music, curating a boundless sonic identity that feels familiar but is distinctly their own. With an ambition to uproot conventional indie-song writing tropes, The Fuss have staked their claim in the immensely talented Adelaide indie-rock circuit, becoming synonymous with indie anthems and heartfelt bangers that encapsulate the zeitgeist of their youth. Having opened for the likes of The Rions, The Tullamarines, Molly Rocket, and Purée, the group are on a meteoric rise through the proverbial ranks, receiving spins on Triple J and praise for all 5 of their releases on Triple J Unearthed in just 2 short years since their formation. With their maiden EP in the works, The Fuss are unquestionably poised to cement their place in the next wave of Australian alternative and indie rock music. It'll soon be clear what all the fuss is about.

CARESSA
Formed in 2025, Caressa are taking the scene by storm, selling out their first two single launch shows and becoming a highly sought after band in the broader music community. Their sound is a fresh take on the cruisy and heartfelt sounds of the early 70s, while exploring contemporary themes. Reminiscent of the Eagles, Fleetwood Mac and The Allman Brothers Band, Caressa has a highly palatable sound, with music for every listener and are infamous for their unforgettable live show.

GRACE VANDALS
Unabashedly emotional, eclectic and full of the mortal notions of risk, love and loss – Grace Vandals delivers you into a rich and gritty world of sound, coated in an unexpected outer layer of tenderness. Her upcoming debut release, ‘What Can I Burn Here?’, invites you into a melting pot of Indie rock and folk influences, replete with visceral imagery, prickly emotions, ugly truths and childlike curiosity. Drawing inspiration from the illustrious creative minds of Jeff Buckley, Patti Smith and the like, Vandals and her band share an open desire for unravelling perfection and embracing the unusual. Liberation to dive deep, explore sounds, make mistakes and enjoy the process is what drives her.

Darlington is a four-piece indie folk-rock band formed by sibling duo Kalen and Lulu. Darlington’s sound is a fresh take on indie and alternative rock, heavily influenced by their love of folk, driving harmonies, and simplicity. The band started in Adelaide, and have now moved to Melbourne to pursue their dream and dive even deeper into the Australian music scene.
