This FREE PUBLIC EVENT will explore how transport planners and urban designers can work together to get the most from high-speed rail (HSR) development for Australia. Panel members will discuss the ingredients of a successful HSR plan by reflecting on the lessons of practice, studio teaching and research. How can urban design thinking inform HSR planning, and what are the benefits of stronger interdisciplinary collaboration?
