What to Bring:

Yoga mats will be provided.

How to Prepare:

❤️ Arrive 15 mins early for pre-event connection

❤️ Avoid coffee and eat light for 2-4 hours prior to the event

❤️ Drink water, and be hydrated before the event

❤️ Wear comfortable, loose fitting or yoga clothing

❤️ Intuitive journalling and setting your intention is epic to prepare, but not required

$55 per person, and the price will be increasing to $111 per person.

Contraindications for Breathwork:

Medical conditions or physical limitations such as epilepsy, seizures, recent surgery, cardiovascular problems, diabetes, severe asthma, pregnancy, glaucoma/cataracts, severe mental health disorders such as psychosis, neurological conditions, experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis and heavy medications.
