- Can I interact with the Highland cows?
Absolutely! You'll have the opportunity to meet, brush, pat and spend time with Alan & Leo, along with plenty of opportunities for photos throughout the experience.
- Will I have enough time with Alan & Leo?
Absolutely! We believe the magic of Kenilworth Highlands is the connection you'll make with Alan & Leo. That's why we keep our sessions small and relaxed, giving every guest plenty of time to meet, brush, pat and photograph the boys while enjoying their high tea. There's no rush—just a memorable experience at your own pace.
- Can children attend?
Yes. However everyone attending requires a ticket unless they are under 3 years of age. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Can dietary requirements be catered for?
We will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements where possible. Please contact us before booking, or let us know at the time of booking, so we can discuss available options.
- Is the event wheelchair accessible?
The event is held on mostly flat grass and outdoor surfaces. If you have accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking so we can discuss the best way to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
- What happens if it rains?
This experience is designed to be enjoyed outdoors. If severe weather makes it unsafe or unsuitable to proceed, we'll contact you with alternative arrangements.
- Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome at the Kenilworth Dairies, however to ensure the comfort and safety of our animals and guests, dogs are not permitted within the experience area. Assistance dogs are welcome.
- What if I'm running late?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your session begins. As the experience follows a schedule, late arrivals cannot be made up or extended.
