HIIT for Hope: A Record Breaking Community
Event description
Get ready for an extraordinary day of fun, fitness, and philanthropy!
Join us on November 29th, 2025, at Foster Park, as we aim to set a new Guinness World Record for the largest high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class, with the goal of having 7,000 participants. This event is not just about breaking records; it’s about bringing our community together for an incredible cause.
The event aims at bringing awareness to the benefits of exercise on our mental health while raising funds for I Am Hope.
This is a unique opportunity for us to get Aotearoa to come together to tackle a problem that exists nationwide as a collective.
This is an opportunity for us to bring Kiwis from across the country together to experience a true sense of community as we work together to BREAK A GUINNESS WORLD REORD!
