Hello, everyone!

My name is Jared, and I’m the founder of HIIT For Hope and Everest Personal Training. I’m incredibly excited to introduce myself and share a bit about the journey that’s brought us to this amazing point.

Ever since I can remember, I’ve been a big, bold thinker. I’ve always believed that we’re capable of achieving dreams that go far beyond the stars. It’s this belief that drives me every day, pushing me to reach new heights and encouraging others to do the same. My passion lies in helping people realize their potential and inspiring them to take on challenges they once thought impossible.

That’s why I created Everest Personal Training. The name is more than just a metaphor—it’s a mission. Everest represents the ultimate summit, the highest peak, a goal that seems insurmountable until you take that first step. At Everest Personal Training, my goal is to help individuals reach their own summit, through exercise.

Building on this passion for helping others, I’m thrilled to introduce HIIT For Hope, an event that embodies everything I stand for: ambition, community, and resilience. HIIT For Hope is more than just a workout; it’s a movement. It’s a chance for thousands of people to come together, push their limits, and support a cause that touches all of us—mental health.

We will be striving for a Guinness World Record attempt, bringing together 7,000 Kiwis in an epic high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session. But this event isn’t just about setting records; it’s about hope. It’s about showing that when we unite for a common cause, we can achieve incredible things. Every drop of sweat, every rep, every step we take together will symbolize our collective strength and our commitment to mental well-being.

Through HIIT For Hope, I hope to inspire participants to see beyond their physical limits and understand that they can make a difference in their own lives and the lives of others. This event is our Everest, and I can’t wait to climb it with you.
