THE HIKE & HEAL CLUB ⛰️✨

Welcome to The Hike & Heal Club. This is our first event and we would love to have you join us! 
Meeting at Yuelarbah Trail Carpark on Burwood Road, Whitebridge, we will then set off on a moderate trek to Glenrock Lagoon and back. This is a beautiful coastal track through the Glenrock National Park. 
We will be able to stop and enjoy the lagoon and beach, please feel welcome to bring swimmers if you like. 
This hike is 4.5km and roughly 1 hour in total .
After the hike, we will grab our yoga mats out of the car (I will have spare mats if you don’t have one) and we will do some gentle stretches, followed by a beautiful breath ritual and meditation to close out before enjoying a nourishing grazing board and chai! ☕️ 

I am a Yoga and Breathwork teacher, avid hiker and I am first aid & CPR certified. 

This will be a beautiful morning, making connections with others and connecting with Mother Nature!
