You know how to handle the terrain, read the weather, and trust your instincts. Hiking has become your space for adventure, clarity, and connection, and you’re surrounded by women who’ve supported you every step of the way.

Join us for Hike-Ready, an exciting online program designed for women who are eager to enhance their hiking experience whilst connecting with nature and building a supportive community. This 12-week program blends essential outdoor skills, fitness, mindset and mindfulness practices to empower you on every step of your hiking journey. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of hiking experience, Hike-Ready is tailored to help you navigate the trails confidently and with assurance.

🌿 Strength & Adventure
Whether you’re new to hiking or a regular looking to take things further, this program helps you build strength and develop the skills you need. From creating a hiking routine to mastering trail safety, gear selection, and trip planning, you’ll feel prepared and ready for anything.

🌿 Personalised Hiking Routine: With the support of Lotus of Nature Ritual, you’ll create your own hiking routine tailored to your lifestyle and preferences. You’ll set achievable goals and enjoy weekly check-ins for accountability, ensuring you stay on track. Whether you love the tranquility of national parks, the serenity of the beach, the charm of local parks, or the familiarity of your neighbourhood streets, you’ll be able to design a walking schedule that works for you. As you progress, you'll gradually increase your walking distance, elevation and terrain progressing towards the goals you set. You’ll build strength and confidence with each step!

This isn’t just a program—it’s a community of like-minded women who share your passion for the outdoors. Through online group chats, weekly accountability, and multiple check-ins, you’ll stay motivated and on track, while celebrating each other’s wins, tackling challenges together, and building lasting friendships. You'll also join online workshops and sharing circles where you can exchange experiences, tips, and inspiration. Plus, you'll have the confidence and skills to connect with women in your area who are eager to get outdoors and hike together—whether it’s a casual weekend walk or a more challenging adventure, you’ll have a network of fellow hikers to explore with.

Hiking is more than physical—it’s about how you see yourself and your journey. This program helps you shift to a growth mindset, where challenges become opportunities and every step, no matter how small, moves you forward. Through mindfulness practices and Nature Rituals, you’ll learn to stay present, embrace change, and feel deeply connected to nature—and yourself.

🌿 Online Learning Portal: Gain access to an online learning portal filled with practical content and resources to support your journey. You'll master essential outdoor skills, from personal safety to gear selection, and gain insights into mindfulness practices that will enhance your hiking experience.

🌿 Optional 1:1 Support from Lotus
For those who want extra guidance, there's the option of additional one-on-one support with Lotus, the founder of Nature Ritual and a qualified outdoor leader - . Lotus brings her years of experience to help you with personal outdoor coaching, tailored advice on hiking techniques, gear choices, or mindset. Whether you need support setting and achieving your hiking goals, overcoming specific challenges, or simply want to feel more confident as you head outdoors, Lotus is here to guide you. This personal support ensures you stay on track, feel empowered, and reach your full potential during the program.

🌿End Your Journey with a Hiking Retreat
As the program draws to a close, you’ll have the option to join an in-person Hiking Retreat (Northern NSW/SEQ region). This is a unique opportunity to connect face-to-face with the group, immerse yourself in nature, and celebrate all that you’ve achieved together. (Please note: the retreat will be an additional cost.)

  • Duration: 12 weeks of engaging content, community support, and personalised hiking goals and routines.
  • Format: Online learning with live meetings, a dedicated private chat for ongoing connection and support, plus the option for an in-person hiking retreat.
  • Key Skills Covered: Outdoor essentials like personal safety, gear selection, trail knowledge, weather observation, breathing practices, breaking through fear and developing a growth mindset to ensure you're well-prepared for any adventure.
  • Mindfulness Practices: Techniques to foster presence, appreciation for nature, and a positive mindset during every hike.
  • Goal Setting & Accountability: Personalised routines that help you set achievable goals, track progress, and receive weekly check-ins for motivation and accountability.
  • Guidance & Connection: Fortnightly online workshops and sharing circles offering expert advice from Lotus and a chance to share experiences and ask questions in the private group chat.
  • Celebration Hike: Part of the program will include planning a hike (to your experience and ability) using all the skills you’ve gained from the program. Celebrate by asking family or friends to join you on the hike!
  • Optional In-person Hiking Retreat: Optional in-person hiking retreat hosted by Nature Ritual to connect with other like-minded women and experience some amazingly beautiful trails (additional cost involved)

**Hike-Ready is an online program, but if you’re located in Northern NSW or South East Queensland, you’ll also have the chance to join Nature Ritual in-person hikes for an even deeper connection and adventure.**

Tickets: Early Bird tickets and Payment Plans Available!

- Early Bird Ticket: $499 ($41.58/wk)

- Standard Ticket: $600

- Early Bird Payment Plan: Deposit of $199 today and 2 monthly payments of $150

- Optional add on: 1:1 online coaching with Lotus $99 (45minutes)

- This program is delivered online in NSW AEDT so please double check you have the right time before joining

- The program is for women 18yrs+

- You'll need to sign a waiver to participate in this program

- Moderate level of fitness is required with the ability to build your walk up to 1 to 2 hours

- Please be responsible and aware of your physical and mental abilities and only choose to participate if it's right for you and your body. This program is not intended as therapy, please seek advice from health professionals if this is what you are needing.
