2024 Hiko Microsoft 365 Essentials: Productivity & Collaboration

This basic course offers an in-depth exploration of Microsoft 365's extensive features, focusing on harnessing these tools for effective collaboration in various professional and personal environments. You'll learn about the key functionalities of applications like Outlook, Word, Teams and PowerPoint, and how they interconnect to streamline communication and work processes.

In addition to the core features of Microsoft 365, this course integrates ChatGPT, an AI tool, to enhance the learning experience.
