Hilltops Halloween Wine Dinner at FIX
Description
Hilltops has always been one of NSW’s most quietly exciting wine regions — high country, cool nights and producers who know how to coax plenty of character from the place. On Halloween, FIX is giving the table over to five of them for one generous Saturday-night dinner.
We’ll start with canapés and bubbles, moving through textural whites and spice driven reds. The producers currently joining us are Ballinaclash, Barwang Wines, Freeman Vineyards, Grove Estate and Trandari.
The planned wine line-up includes:

The full menu and final wine pairings are still being polished and will be added shortly. Your $135 ticket covers canapés, four courses and matched Hilltops wines.
Costumes are optional. Curiosity is strongly encouraged.
