Hilltops Halloween Wine Dinner at FIX
Description
Hilltops has always been one of NSW’s most quietly exciting wine regions — high country, cool nights and producers who know how to coax plenty of character from the place. On Halloween, FIX is giving the table over to five of them for one generous Saturday-night dinner.
We’ll start with canapés, sparkling wines and rosé, followed by three courses matched to Hilltops wines. The producers joining us are Ballinaclash, Barwang Wines, Freeman Vineyards, Grove Estate and Trandari.
