In partnership with Cawarra Residential, Civic is pleased to offer five accessible social housing studio apartments for those seeking supported independent living. Located in the sought-after location of Caringbah, the purpose-built, accessible studio apartments are located in a brand-new, three storey development, in close proximity to transport, shops, beaches, cafes and restaurants.

Designed for social housing eligible applicants and/or NDIS participants seeking independent living, each apartment offers its own private living space as well as shared, communal living spaces and on-site supports provided by Civic.

You are invited to view these apartments at our upcoming open homes! Held on Thursdays between 10am -12pm, you'll be supported to view the apartments by members of our customer experience and operations teams. Take the opportunity to ask questions and take a look at the magical rooftop and garden spaces.
