Canapés: Black Opal beef with nduja yoghurt, smoked beef and mushrooms, coal-roasted Coffin Bay oysters and more
Shared feast: Rosemary-smoked lamb rack, pork tomahawks and king prawns, accompanied by seasonal sides
Dessert: A decadent chef-selected dessert of white chocolate and strawberry brûlée or lime leaf cheesecake with shortbread

Book a complete table of eight for your group or purchase individual tickets and select your preferred table.
Seating positions around each table are unallocated, allowing your group to arrange yourselves on arrival.

Dietary requirements and allergies must be provided for each guest when purchasing tickets. We may not be able to accommodate requests received after this time
Whilst we will endure to cater for dietary requirements, please be considerate that this is a set menu and not all request may be catered for.

- Can I purchase a single ticket?
Yes. Single tickets are available. Guests wishing to sit together should book in the same transaction or provide the same group name when booking. Seating requests are subject to availability.
- Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Please submit dietary at the time of ticket purchase.
Yandina Station will make reasonable efforts to accommodate confirmed requirements.
Late requests cannot be guaranteed.
- What should I wear?
Race-day attire is encouraged. Prizes will be awarded for Best Hat, Best Fascinator, Best Dressed Lady and Best Dressed Gentleman.
- Is this an 18+ event?
Yes. This is an 18+ event and valid photo identification may be required. Alcohol will be served in accordance with responsible service requirements.
- Can I stay at Yandina Station?
Yes. Private on-site cottage accommodation is available separately, subject to availability.

Yandina Station is located at 684 North Arm Yandina Creek Road, Yandina Creek, in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Guests should plan their transport in advance, particularly when enjoying the alcoholic drinks package.
- What are the ticket refund terms?
Refund requests received 7 days prior to the event are eligible for a refund of the ticket price.
After this date, tickets are non-refundable because catering, beverages, staffing and supplier commitments will have been confirmed.
Booking fees are non-refundable.
