I'll be guiding a warm-up to get us started and a cool down to wrap things up, so you can just show up and have fun. Plus, we'll have delicious hot chocolate to keep things extra cozy.

I need some help with some things so you can come for free if you can help with any of the below. 

-Bring some groovy lights (think salt lamps, galaxy lamps, colorful lights of some sort)

-Bring a jbl speeker (or if you have a BIG speeker hmu too)

-Help pack up/pack down

-Bring snacks to share
