How payment plans work

  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Looking for disability support?
Come along and join us on Wednesday, the 28th of October at 1pm (AEST)

In this session, we’ll dive into:

  • How Hireup works
  • How we can best support you and finding the right support worker
  • How you can connect one-on-one with a member of our community engagement team, who can assist in getting you set up on the platform
  • Tips on how to best set up your profile, how to write a great bio and post jobs
  • A live Q&A session

We will also be joined by one of our Hireup ambassadors, who will talk through how they use Hireup, how they connect with support workers, and answer any questions you might have!
