Historical Elverd Cottage Afternoon Tea

Historical Elverd Cottage Afternoon Tea hosted by The Shire of Kojonup.

Come and join Kojonup’s Historical Society in the beautiful cottage garden behind Elverd’s Cottage for traditional afternoon tea and take a journey through almost 170 years of history. Enjoy homemade fruit scones with jam and cream, cake and a selection of sandwiches.  

Visit the historic cottage and explore the role of horses in agriculture, see our extensive collection of farm machinery, visit the working blacksmith’s shop where Arthur Collins and Brian Golding, a member of the Blacksmith’s Association, will be demonstrating his craft and view the horse harness displays and farm machinery.
