HIV Long-Term Survivors Awareness Day - Morning Tea
Event description
Morning Tea for People Living With HIV
International Long-Term Survivors Awareness Day is an opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate people who were diagnosed with HIV before 1996. These people were pioneers, champions and advocates in the response to HIV. We are also celebrating people who have lived with HIV for 10 or more years.
It is their bravery and actions that paved the way for the advancements that have provided people living with HIV today the freedom to live the life of their choosing.
Please join us to connect with your peers and reflect on the journey so far with a morning tea hosted by WAAC.
When: Wednesday June 5, 10am (approx finish 12pm)
