Refund requests must be received in writing to events@intermedia.com.au and eligibility for a refund will be based on the following criteria: • Requests received 14 business days prior to the event are entitled to a full refund. • Requests received 7-13 business days prior to the event are entitled to a 50% refund. • Requests received less than 7 business days prior to an event shall not be entitled to a refund or credit note however a substitute attendee may be accepted at the discretion of the organiser.
