Join us for "Sip on Science" this Medical Research Week at Dixon Park, Newcastle.

Enjoy free coffee and take part in relaxing Pilates sessions on the beach while chatting with HMRI researchers. It's a chance to ask your questions about mental health, gut health, dementia, asthma, pre-term birth, and more.

Grace Movement Pilates will be holding three 45 minute group classes to strengthen and tone the whole body with a focus on breath, technique, and alignment. All levels welcome - Work to your level is encouraged.

This year the classes will be held on the beach so bring your towels instead of mats! We will also be offering a beautiful sunrise class this year.

Session one: 5.30am

Session two: 6.30am

Session three: 7.30am

Limited number of spots available each session so make sure you register.

Afterwards, swing by our HMRI tent to pick up some cool merchandise down on the grass in front of the Surf Club. It's a great way to learn about medical breakthroughs that’ll help you and your family. Did we mention...free coffee from Sunnyboy Kiosk.

The rest of the Sip on Science activities will kick off from 7am and go till 10am in front of Dixon Park Surf Club.
