Our guest speaker for this event is Bronwyn Kidd. Bronwyn will share with us some of her biggest lessons from building a sustainability business in Tasmania and the support she received on the journey.

In 2016, at 24, Bronwyn started SUSTOMi by handcrafting beeswax wraps at home. Her entrepreneurial spirit, sparked by world travels, led her to launch a product range aimed at reducing waste in homes. She grew it into a thriving small business with a local team, a local manufacturing facility and selling internationally.

After 7 years of running SUSTOMi, changing markets and health challenges lead her to shift focus, and by 2022, she became a mould testing technician and building biologist, helping people create healthier homes across Tasmania.

Now, letting her love of helping small business owners come to the forefront, Bronwyn is the Program Manager for Business Tasmania and makes the most of her spare time by being creative by painting, or getting active through rock climbing.
