Further Information:

1. We have a no drug or alcohol policy, if you arrive and we suspect you have partaken in something you will not be permitted entry
2. Avoid Caffeine on the days if you can
3. Eat lightly and dress comfortably, this is best if we are doing breathwork in that session
4. Bring a water bottle and a journal to write in.
5. We have a no refuld policy, but you can give the ticket to someone else to come in your place.
