Holiday Pairing Perfected: A Wine Night Supporting Farming Hope
Event description
Join us for Holiday Pairing Perfected at Farming Hope in San Francisco on December 11th for an evening of wine education, exceptional food, and meaningful impact.
Sommelier Gina Biernacki will guide you through a curated wine tasting, sharing her expert insights on holiday pairings. As she presents each wine, Farming Hope's talented Apprentices will serve thoughtfully crafted bites that bring the pairings to life. This is an opportunity to learn the art of wine pairing with practical knowledge you can apply to your own holiday gatherings.
For the guided tasting, each table will feature a charcuterie board for you to explore different flavor combinations with the wines.
After the formal tasting concludes, you're invited to continue the evening sipping wines and exploring our donation-based bottle shop, where you can select wines to take home. Every dollar from bottle shop donations supports Farming Hope's mission.
In addition to the bottle shop, we will have a raffle with prizes that include a tasting experience for four at Aperture, a one of a kind gift card to Four Kings with a guaranteed reservation, a special gift box from Gabriel-Glas, a tasting experience at RAEN Winery, and much more.

About Farming Hope:
Farming Hope manages a culinary job training program for adults overcoming significant barriers, including former incarceration and homelessness. Our paid Apprenticeship provides hands-on culinary and hospitality training while addressing food insecurity in our community. We rescue cosmetically imperfect produce from waste and transform it into nutritious, culturally relevant meals, providing over 4,000 nourishing, made from scratch meals each week, hosting a weekly grocery program, and offering a 3-course chef-prepared dinner twice a week to families most in need. Through our anchor kitchen, Refettorio San Francisco, and our community programs, we've proven that the need to be needed drives lasting social change.
